This automated response created by our mail server indicates that your attempt to sending an e-mail to OurColleague@osski.hu was failed, the addresse has NOT received your e-mail, even she/he has NOT receive any indication that you initiated to send her/him a message!

The reason of the failure is that our mail server (hp.osski.hu) has filtered out the unwanted commercial e-mails (a.k.a. spam, UBE, UCE, junk mail, bulk mail etc) by use of different on-line spammer databases - and you mail server is listed in that database, whose name could be read in the response you got.

If you have an urgent and important message, do the followings, please:

  1. Search for a reliable free e-mail service provider to advance your e-mail message. Note, that nowadays the majority of the most popular free e-mail servers do not allow spreading of spams, and their stuff try to give huge efforts to reduce such activites - so we are positive that you will be able to find one of them easily (e.g. http://www.freemail.hu, http://www.y2k.hu etc.).
  2. Check that free e-mail service provider you found at the on-line database; see the web pages of that database for the details on the checking.
  3. If that free e-mail service is not listed in that database, use it to advance your e-mail message to our colleague.
  4. Assure that you have not got a similar rejection response when you have sent your message via this free e-mail server; if so, do try to find another free service.
  5. Send the original rejection response you got to your system administrators to initiate the de-listing process of your mail server from the given spammer database - while your mail server is being recorded in that database, it is very likely that you will have more trouble when you are trying to send your further e-mails to other people! (Note, that de-listing process might take 24-48h, depending on the policy and operational practice of the given spammer database - this latency is the reason, why we have asked you to find a free e-mail service to advance your urgent message.)

Thank you for your kind efforts! We are sorry that we have been forced to introduce some limitation mechanism related to access of our mail server, which mechanisms caused some problems for you - but recently the ratio of spams to the legal messages almost exceeds 90%.

We wish to point out that the use of the spammer databases contributes the reduction of the incoming unwanted messages significantly, so we intend to continue their use in the future. Finally, we wish to mention that these spammer databases neither operated nor maintained by our Intitute by any way - so we wish to emphasize: if your mail server is listed in some spammer databases, our Institute has no option to de-list your mail server at all.
